01 Eligibility and Account

• The Services are intended for registered businesses and their authorised users.
• You must complete our verification (KYC) process and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken with your login credentials or API keys.

02 Our Services

DeltaPays enables you to send payouts to bank accounts over IMPS, NEFT and RTGS through our banking and payment partners, from the dashboard or the Payout API. Payout processing times depend on the transfer mode and on the banks involved.

03 Wallet and Funding

• Payouts are made from your prefunded DeltaPays wallet and cannot exceed your available balance.
• Wallet balances do not earn interest.
• We may hold or reverse wallet credits that are found to be erroneous, fraudulent or under investigation.

04 Fees and Charges

Transaction charges are applied as per the charge slabs agreed with you and are deducted from your wallet at the time of each payout. Applicable taxes are charged in addition. We will notify you before changing your charges.

05 Your Responsibilities

• Provide correct beneficiary details. Payouts sent to incorrect details provided by you are your responsibility.
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
• Keep your passwords and API keys confidential and rotate them if you suspect misuse.
• Whitelist only the server IP addresses you control for API access.

06 Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any illegal activity.
• Gambling, betting or other businesses prohibited under applicable law.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits or access other users' data.
• Reselling or sub-licensing access to the Services without our written approval.

07 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulator, or to protect the platform and its users. On termination, any remaining wallet balance will be handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, after settling any amounts you owe.

08 Limitation of Liability

DeltaPays is not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, payment networks, incorrect information provided by you, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the charges you paid us for the affected transaction.

09 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DeltaPays against any loss, claim or penalty arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or incorrect information you provide.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
