This policy explains how cancellations, failed payouts and refunds are handled on DeltaPays. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
01 Cancelling a Payout
- Manual payouts that are still awaiting admin approval can be rejected or cancelled before approval.
- Once a payout has been approved and submitted to the bank, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
02 Failed Payouts
If a payout fails or is rejected by the beneficiary's bank, the payout amount is automatically credited back to your DeltaPays wallet. Transaction charges for failed payouts are reversed as per your commercial agreement.
03 Pending Payouts
Occasionally a payout may remain in a pending state while the bank confirms its final status. Pending payouts are usually resolved within 3 working days. If the final status is failed, the amount is credited back to your wallet.
04 Incorrect Beneficiary Details
Payouts completed to the account details you provided cannot be refunded by DeltaPays. On request, we will help you raise a recovery request with the bank, but recovery depends on the bank and the beneficiary and is not guaranteed.
05 Wallet Balance Refund
If you close your account, your remaining wallet balance - after settling any charges or dues - will be refunded to your registered and verified business bank account, usually within 7 working days of the closure request.
06 Service Charges
Charges for successfully completed payouts are non-refundable.
07 Raising a Dispute
To raise a dispute, email support@deltapays.com within 7 days of the transaction with the transaction ID, UTR number (if available), amount and date. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
